> Copy UxpNxtLockScreen.apk to Sdcard
> Open RootEx, Copy then Paste to system root folder/ system/app
> Replace Existing

For transparent background
--------------------------
> Go to Settings
> Select Apps, select All tab, search Lock Screen, CLick then Clear data and Clear cache
> Select Apps, select All tab, search LockScreen Style, CLick then Clear data and Clear cache
> Exit
